Burnt Marshmallow 3-lb BattleBot

Building on lessons learned from my first BattleBot, Crazy Frog, Burnt Marshmallow was my second attempt at a Beetleweight combat robot. Serviceability was a primary design objective, with all major components accessible by removing just eight fasteners. Carbon fiber chassis braces were incorporated to optimize the weight-to-stiffness ratio, and a simple, robust belt drive was used for the weapon system. Being able to shift weight back towards the drive wheels. And allow for a reduction in weapon tip speed, accommodating for the larger diameter of the new blade. While still providing full motor torque for the shortest spin up time possible.
